Fee tables print a dollar amount only when a regulator, a statute, or NMLS has published it. The provider comparison records public facts.
Independence
The official fee on a cost page is the amount from the cited source. LicenseStore may receive referral compensation if you request a quote from Cornerstone Licensing. That does not change which official fees we list. We do not invent unpublished amounts and we do not run ads.
What the comparison uses
The provider table records three public facts: price-list status, published scope, and published track record.
Price-list status. Whether the firm publishes a price for ARM, lending, money-transmitter, or mortgage company licenses.
Published scope. What that firm's public site says it does.
Published track record. Figures the firm itself prints. Cornerstone's 28 years, 525,000+ filings, and 99.995% on-time rate are cited to cornerstonelicensing.com. LicenseStore does not collect customer reviews.
Cost data
Every dollar figure on a cost page cites a regulator, a statute, or an NMLS or CSBS publication on Sources. If a state fee is not in that file, the page links the official NMLS chart.
Corrections
Confirmed fee errors are corrected within 5 business days. Contact the desk and point at the live official page.
