A cost desk for regulated licenses

LicenseStore prices ARM, lending, money transmitter, and mortgage company licenses across 50 states. Each government dollar cites a statute, a regulator fee schedule, or the NMLS chart.

Who publishes LicenseStore

LicenseStore is the licensing cost desk. It publishes government and NMLS fees for collection agency (ARM), lending, money transmitter, and mortgage company licenses, each cited to a state regulator, a statute, or the NMLS chart. LicenseStore does not sell licenses. The service quote opens at Cornerstone Licensing, and our Cornerstone Licensing review covers the services that firm publishes.

Cornerstone's 28 years, 525,000+ filings, and 99.995% on-time rate are repeated from cornerstonelicensing.com. They are the figures Cornerstone publishes.

LicenseStore may receive referral compensation if you request a quote from Cornerstone Licensing. That does not change which official fees we list. We do not invent unpublished amounts and we do not run ads.

The method

Every government dollar on a cost page cites a statute, a regulator fee schedule, or the NMLS processing chart. The service charge is a separate quote from Cornerstone Licensing.

Someone pricing a money-transmitter filing and a mortgage-company filing is holding two kinds of paper. One is a statute or an NMLS chart with a dollar amount on it. The other is a conversation with a firm that does the filing. The provider table records three public facts: whether a price list exists for these licenses, what the firm's own site says it does, and which track-record figures that firm publishes.

  1. Every government dollar is cited to a statute, a regulator fee schedule or the NMLS processing chart.
  2. Every cited number carries the date it was retrieved. The fee file was retrieved 29 August 2026.
  3. The government fee and the service charge never share a line.
  4. The service charge is a quote from Cornerstone Licensing, labeled as a quote.
  5. No ratings, testimonials, review counts or user counts.

Who it is for

LicenseStore is for operators, counsel, and compliance staff who already know the license family and want the published cost stack before they ask what the service costs. The page gives the fee, the source, and the handoff to a quote.

The editorial rule

If a regulator, a statute, or NMLS has not published the amount, the cell stays blank. Read the editorial policy.
